One Login
You can create a unique ID on the Website for managing and transacting all financial and non-financial transactions with Robo-Matic Company. One login id enables you to have a single login ID for viewing and transacting all your product and service needs across Robo-Matic Company.
Once you have created a logon Id you can link and view all your financial products held with Robo-Matic on single web page through verification / authentication procedure as applicable to your account/financial products held with the respective Robo-Matic Company.
In case you forget the username or password, you can reset the same using the forgot username and password link available on the Website and completing the login procedure specified on the Website.
You agree and understand that use of Robomatic platform does not assure attainment of your investment objectives and there is no assurance that the money objectives will be achieved, as the same is subject to performance of the strategies, the forces affecting the securities market and your risk profile.
You also agree that risks associated with any investment would be entirely yours and you would not hold Robo-Matic or any of its employees liable for any losses that may arise on account of any investments under taken basis the use of this platform .

The Facilities Provider, Robo-Matic or any of its third party service providers and processor bank/merchants etc. shall not be deemed to have waived any of its/their rights or remedies hereunder, unless such waiver is in writing. No delay or omission on the part of Facilities Providers and Robo-Matic Company, in exercising any rights or remedies shall operate as a waiver of such rights or remedies or any other rights or remedies. A waiver on any one occasion shall not be construed as a bar or waiver of any rights or remedies on future occasions.
Exclusive Agreement
You agree that these Terms of Use are the complete and exclusive statement of agreement supersede any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between you and the Facilities Provider and its Third Party Service Providers or processor bank/merchants relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.
